SUMMARY:Autumn Equinox Cacao & Breathwork - 20 Sep
DESCRIPTION:Join us in Central London for an afternoon of ceremonial Cacao and Conscious Connected Breathwork as we gather to mark the turning of the season for this years Autumn Equinox. \nThe Autumn Equinox is a natural point of balance. Using time to gather and connect over Cacao\, giving ourselves permission to slow down\, pause and reflect\, and then being guided through Conscious Connected Breathwork to release and let go all that no longer serves you\, using your breath to move beyond the thinking mind\, connect deeply with the body and create space for whatever is ready to shift. \nA chance to step away from the noise. \nUse code EARLYBD for £10 off before end of August. \n  \nA quick guide to the practice\nConscious Connected Breathwork is a restorative\, resolution-based somatic practice. Unlike power breathing methods such as Wim Hof\, which intentionally stress your system to build resilience\, CCB works to lower your nervous system’s baseline tension\, clearing the physical backlog of accumulated pressure from the inside out. \nA specific continuous breathing rhythm temporarily quietens the over-analytical part of your brain. This is a recognised neurological shift\, not a mystical claim. By giving your inner critic a break\, your mental guard drops. Long-held emotional tension and stress can safely surface from the body\, returning you to a calmer\, clearer baseline. \nThis is not relaxation. It is resolution. \nWho this is for\nYou do not need any prior experience of breathwork. This session is suitable for anyone who: \n\nHas done the therapy\, the yoga\, the meditation\, and still can’t shift the physical sensation of stress\nStruggles to switch off\, loops through busy thoughts\, or wakes at 3am with their heart racing\nIs running close to empty and wants to genuinely clear the load\, not just manage it for another week\n\nWith a 1:4 ratio\, our events always have just four participants per facilitator\, creating a carefully held experience – allowing plenty of individual guidance\, attentive support and space to honour your body and move at your own pace. \nPractical details\nFood: Avoid a heavy meal for at least two hours beforehand. \nClothing: Wear loose\, comfortable clothing with nothing tight around your waist. A restrictive waistband limits how fully you can open the breath. \nWhat to bring: A water bottle. Breathwork can be dehydrating. A journal is useful for capturing anything that surfaces. All mats\, blankets\, and bolsters are provided. \nClinical safety\nBecause CCB creates real physiological change\, it is not suitable for everyone. Please do not book if you have any of the following: \n\nSevere asthma or chronic respiratory conditions\nHeart disease or significant cardiovascular issues\nEpilepsy or a history of seizures\nSerious psychiatric conditions including psychosis or bipolar disorder\nPregnancy\nRecent acute injuries or surgeries\n\nIf you are uncertain whether this is right for you\, contact me before booking. \nCancellation policy\nFull refund if cancelled 7 or more days before the event. \nAbout the facilitators\nKelly is the founder of Fire & Soul\, a Positive Psychology Coach\, trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator and Sound Practitioner. \nShe helps people understand their mind\, body and nervous system so they can move from feeling anxious\, overwhelmed or disconnected to living with greater clarity\, alignment and freedom. \nHer work combines positive psychology\, nervous system understanding\, breathwork\, sound healing and practical coaching tools to create meaningful\, sustainable change. \nBut Fire & Soul wasn’t born from qualifications alone. \nIt was born from her own journey through burnout\, grief\, servere health anxiety\, career pressure as a Director and rebuilding a life that felt aligned with who she truly is. \nFind out more at fireandsoul.co.uk \nDavid spent over 30 years as a programmer and manager in the City. Twenty years of daily Tai Chi and Qi Gong taught that the body holds what the mind can’t process. David knows what it is to live in shades of grey: functional\, high-performing\, and quietly running on empty. Conscious Connected Breathwork was what brought colour back. He now facilitates 1-to-1 and small group sessions from his private studio in East Barnet\, and is a member of the UK Breathwork Association. He helps others make that same shift. \n  \nBooking on EventBrite.

SUMMARY:Breath Club @ In8 Space : Conscious Connected Breathwork 27 Sep
DESCRIPTION:A small-group somatic breathwork session in North Finchley. No experience needed. Let the body release what the mind can’t shift. \nA different kind of group experience\nIn8 Space was created on a simple belief: that wellbeing starts from within. Breath Club fits naturally into that world. This is a small\, intimate group session using Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) to help your nervous system release what it has been holding. \nEveryone in the room breathes with eyes closed\, focused entirely inward. It is not a performance. There is no sense of being watched or on display. \nWhat to expect\nArrival and settle in (10 mins)\nDrop your bags\, drop your shoulders\, and settle into the space. \nOverview and map (20 mins)\nI walk you through the breath mechanics so your mind has a clear picture of what’s coming. No need to discuss personal history. \nThe active breath (35 mins)\nYou lie down\, connect the breath\, and let the body lead. Facilitators offer gentle\, targeted acupressure on specific pressure points to help your muscles release held tension. This is entirely optional and always based on your explicit consent. \nStabilisation and grounding (15–20 mins)\nA quiet\, unhurried landing. No rushing back to the world. \nWho this is for\nYou do not need any prior experience of breathwork. This session is suitable for anyone who: \n\nHas done the therapy\, the yoga\, the meditation\, and still can’t shift the physical sensation of stress\nStruggles to switch off\, loops through busy thoughts\, or wakes at 3am with their heart racing\nIs running close to empty and wants to genuinely clear the load\, not just manage it for another week\n\nPractical details\nFood: Avoid a heavy meal for at least two hours beforehand. \nClothing: Wear loose\, comfortable clothing with nothing tight around your waist. SUMMARY:Breath + Sound : 25th Oct
DESCRIPTION:Breath + Sound In collaboration with Emra Sound Healing\, Finchley Sunday 25 October\, 5–7pm \nSometimes what the body is carrying needs more than words\, and more than one kind of space to let it go. \nThis evening combines conscious connected breathwork with a live sound bath. I lead the breathwork element\, using a specific breathing pattern to help release the tension and stress the body has been quietly holding. Once that’s complete\, you lie back and receive Emma’s live sound\, which supports the nervous system to settle and absorb what’s just happened. \nThe two practices work naturally together: the breathwork opens something up\, and the sound gives it room to land. \nSmall group\, five people maximum. Booking and full details are with Emma at emrasoundhealing.com. \nPlease read the consent form on Emma’s booking page before reserving your place\, as conscious connected breathwork has specific contraindications.
