  • Softest Breath Launch

    I realise now that I had been subconsciously looking for something different that I could transition into, something that felt more aligned with a purpose than my Technology roles have ever managed, for a long time.

    When I discovered Conscious Connected Breathwork it was quickly apparent that I had a passion for this practice. I knew that I wanted to train as a facilitator and then life made this very possible for me within quite a short time.
